M L Vyshali, IAS, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Panchayat delivered the inaugural address. The Key speaker for the event was Mr. Mallesh Kumar, K-Tech District Innovation Associate & Project Manager, Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, JNN College of Engineering, Shivamogga. Delivered a comprehensive presentation on the subject “Digital Skills & Other Skills for Youth in a Post-pandemic World”, along the line of this year’s theme for the celebrations.
