Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in association with NSS unit, PESITM conducted one day workshop on Fire Safety and Precautions on 08-10-2021.
The program was inaugurated by Dr. Chaitanya Kumar MV, Principal, PESITM at Main Seminar hall. The event started with the welcome speech from Mrs. Shruthi S. Asst. Professor, EEE Department. Mr. Praveen and team from Karnataka Fire and Emergency Services, Shimoga was the resource person for this event. Mr. Praveen and team delivered the information regarding the awareness about fire and emergency services at our institute. Around 100 participants including both teaching and non-teaching staffs participated in this workshop. Mrs. Shruthi S. Asst. Professor, EEE Department performed anchoring on this occasion. Dr. Om Prakash Yadav, HoD, Dept. of EEE proposed vote of thanks.
