An insightful session on 'Teenage Well-being' was organised for the parents of students from Grades 6 to 8 by Speaker Dr. Aishwarya V H, Faculty Counselor, PES Trust Shivamogga & Associate Professor, MBA, PESITM Shivamogga.
The session focused on understanding the physical, emotional, and social changes during adolescence, effective parent-teen communication, managing screen time, academic pressure, and building emotional resilience. A large number of parents attended the session and actively participated in the discussion.
PES Public School recently conducted an Inter-House Kho-Kho Competition for both Boys and Girls.
Our young athletes displayed incredible energy and competitive spirit.
