A guest talk on “ Consumer Awareness – Connect2Consumer”was organized by the Department of MBA on 24-12-2019  in  PESITM  College, Shivamogga, at MBA Seminar Hall.  Dr. Prasanna Kumar K, Head of the MBA department, was the resource person.

The programme began with an inaugural speech by Dr. Prasanna Kumar K, followed by the chief Guest address on consumerism by Dr. R. Nagaraj, Chief Coordinating Administrator.

Later the session was continued by Dr. Prasanna Kumar K in which he gave  a wonderful talk on consumer awareness comprising the history from the olden days  to the latest technical developments in consumerist culture.  This guest talk was held on behalf of Consumer Day celebration on 24th December.

After a short break, the session was continued by Mr. Praveen Gujjar who gave information about the cyber safety. He shared his experiences and created awareness among the students while dealing with online transactions. Overall lecture was well organized and it was beneficial for the students.
