The Department of Civil Engineering at PESITM announced the initiation of discussions for a potential academic partnership with the Department of Civil Engineering at Nile University, Nigeria on 7th November 2024.This initiative is part of PESITM's Global Connect strategy, facilitated by the Industry Institute Interaction Cell (IIIC), led by Dr. D.M. Arvind Mallik.

The online discussion focused on establishing a collaborative framework initiative including team PESITM led by Dr. Yuvaraju BN, Principal, and Dr. Abdulhameed Mambo, Dean & HOD- Dept of Civil Engineering and Environmental Sciences at Nile University and his faculty members.
