PESITM started the MCA programme in the Academic Year 2022-23. The Department of MCA has already made its presence felt in Karnataka, taking a great leap, moving ahead of many other institutions under VTU in its results, placement and is also known for its excellent education delivery system in Computer Application.Master of Computer Application (MCA) at PES Institute of Technology & Management (PESITM) is approved by AICTE and affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

Laboratory Details

The Department of MCA has a well-furnished computer lab with 30 workstations. This lab is being used for teaching IT skills for students and also students use this lab for online courses.

Focus of Research

Grant of permission to the MCA Department to offer Ph.D Programmes in Computer Application has been permitted by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi in its vide letter Ref.No.VTU/Aca./2011-12/A12/812 dated 11th May 2011.
