Mandatory Committee Details

Grievance Redressal mechanism for Faculty, Staff, and Students
The institution has established a Grievance Redressal Committee to ensure a fair, transparent, and timely mechanism for addressing grievances of students, faculty, and staff. The committee provides a structured platform to resolve issues related to academic, administrative, or personal matters, thereby fostering a healthy, inclusive, and harmonious academic environment within the institution.

Establishment of Anti-Ragging Committee
The Anti-Ragging Committee of the institution is constituted as per the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and AICTE / VTU to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all students. The committee aims to prevent any form of ragging within the campus and hostels and to promote mutual respect, discipline, and harmony among students.

Establishment of Internal Committee (IC)

The Internal Committee (IC) has been constituted in the institution to ensure a safe, secure, and gender-sensitive environment for all women employees and girl students within the campus. The committee works towards the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of complaints related to harassment, thereby fostering dignity and respect for all members of the academic community.

Establishment of Committee for SC / ST

The SC/ST Committee is constituted to safeguard the interests of students, faculty, and staff belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The committee ensures that the guidelines and provisions of the Government regarding the welfare of SC/ST communities are effectively implemented in the institution, promoting equality, dignity, and social justice.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has been established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) to ensure continuous improvement in the overall quality of academic and administrative performance of the institution.

The IQAC plays a pivotal role in developing a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the performance of the institution.

The Equal Opportunity Facilities Cell has been established in the Institution to promote gender equality, ensure the safety and dignity of women, and create an environment that supports their personal and professional growth.

The Cell also works towards providing equal opportunities to all members of the academic community, irrespective of gender, caste, or background.

To strengthen these objectives, the institution has constituted both a Women Empowerment Committee and an SC/ST Committee under the Equal Opportunity Facilities Cell to address specific concerns, ensure inclusivity, and promote equity across all institutional activities.

Women Empowerment Committee

The Institute Innovation Council of the college aims to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students and faculty. It encourages creative thinking and supports the development of innovative ideas into practical and socially relevant solutions.

The Social Media Cell of the institution functions as the official digital communication arm of the college. It aims to enhance the online presence of the institution and promote its academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular achievements across various digital platforms in a responsible and engaging manner.
