The Department of Mechanical Engineering at PESITM Shimoga organised an insightful industrial visit for all final-year students to M/s DFM Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Bengaluru, on 27 November 2024. This industry visit provided students with valuable exposure to real-world industrial practices and cutting-edge technological advancements.

Under the guidance of Dr. Manjunath Patel G C, Associate Professor, and Mr. Prasanna Nayak H, Assistant Professor, students explored advanced manufacturing processes and industry applications of mechanical engineering concepts.

The key highlights are Hands-on Learning about innovative technologies in the field, Exposure to industrial workflows and applications, and Inspiration to innovate and excel in their professional careers.
