The Department organised an informative session on "Cybersecurity and the Splunk Tool" for 3rd Semester students on November 11, 2024. The session was led by Ms. Apoorva AP from the 5th Semester, whose passion for cybersecurity and data analytics brought the topic to life for her juniors.

Throughout the session, Apoorva covered critical topics such as:

Cybersecurity Threats– An eye-opener for students on the current landscape and the importance of staying vigilant. Introduction to Splunk – A popular tool in the industry for monitoring, searching, and analyzing machine-generated data in real-time. Importance of Splunk Training– Highlighting how expertise in Splunk can open doors in the cybersecurity field.
