The Department of Information Science &Engineering, PESITM, in association with the Institute’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Anvesana Innovation & Entrepreneurial Forum, successfully celebrated National Startup Day on 16th January 2026 at the ISE Seminar Hall.The program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr.Harish Gadagin, Chief Operating Officer, Anvesana Innovation & Entrepreneurial Forum, along with Dr.Swamy D R, Principal, PESITM, and Dr. Mouneshachari S, Professor & HOD, ISE. Mr.Harish Gadagin, Chief Operating Officer, Anvesana Innovation & Entrepreneurial Forum, delivered an insightful session on startup ecosystems and entrepreneurial mindset, inspiring students to embrace innovation and explore entrepreneurship as a career path.The event concluded with motivating remarks by Dr.Swamy D R, Principal, PESITM, encouraging students to seize opportunities and become the entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
