PESITM successfully conducted its 1st Academic Council Meeting to deliberate on and finalise the Scheme, Syllabus, and Academic Regulations for the first-year UG and PG programmes.

\The meeting was attended by VTU Nominees and Academic Senate Members, Dr. Chikkanna, Professor – Aerospace Engg., PG Centre of VTU, Muddenahalli; Dr. Jayadevappa, Principal – Dr. HNN College of Engineering, Bangalore; and Dr. Demian Antony Dmello, Vice-Principal & Professor – CSE, Canara Engineering College, Benjanapaduva. Dr. Balakrishna, Principal, Rajarajeshwari College of Engineering, attended as the Academic Expert.

Mr. Ravi Shankar, Former Director of Honeywell Technologies, representing Industry, and Mrs. Revathi, PES University, Bangalore, representing Alumni, participated virtually.

Dr. Swamy D R, Principal, PESITM, welcomed the members, while Dr. Naveen N M, Dean Academics, presented the proposed schemes, syllabi and regulations, which were approved with suggested modifications and improvements.

The meeting was also attended by the Heads of all Departments, Controller of Examination, Deputy Controller of Examination and Associate Dean Academics.
