The Department of Computer Engineering at PESITM Shimoga, as part of the Forum Activity, hosted a TECH TALK on "Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI” on 28 November 2024 for students across all branches.

Around 30 students from various departments participated in this event. We are thrilled by the incredible turnout and the insightful discussions that took place. The students' engagement made this event a memorable journey into the world of cutting-edge AI technologies.

The event was inaugurated by Dr. Yuvaraju B N, Principal, PESITM, and Dr. Chethan L S, HOD, Computer Engineering, PESITM.

A special thanks to our student technical team and faculty members, Mrs. Yojana Yadav, Assistant Professor, Dept. of CE, and Mrs. Arpitha J C, Assistant Professor, Dept. of CE, for their contributions made this event truly special. The judges of the event were Mr. Shivanad Maradi, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE, and Mrs Vani, Assistant Professor, Department of ISE.

Congratulations to all winners of this event, Padmanabh, and Srinivas from 3rd Sem, AIML secured 1st place, Alan Dsouza and Shreyas, 1st Sem AIML secured 2nd place, Shivani and Shreesha, 1st Sem, CE Secured 3rd place.
