The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organised an Expert Talk in association with the IEEE Bangalore Section, IEEE Mangalore Subsection, and the IETE Student Branch on the topic “Research Skills” on 28th October 2025 at the ECE Seminar Hall.

The session was delivered by Dr. C. S. Ramesh, Research Advisor at GM University, Davanagere, who emphasized the importance of developing strong research aptitude, critical thinking, and innovation among budding researchers.

The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr.Swamy D R, who highlighted the importance of research-driven learning.
