The Department of Chemistry of PESITM organised a "Green Energy" Poster Presentation event, a mandatory experiential learning activity for all first-year, first-semester "C" cycle students.

The event was inaugurated by Dr.Swamy D R, Principal, PESITM, and Dr.R.Sekar, Vice Principal, PESITM, in the presence of Dr. Mohan Kumar, Associate Professor & HOD-Chemistry, Dr. M Praveen, Assistant Professor-Chemistry & Event Coordinator, and Mr. Ravindra K S, Assistant Professor-Chemistry.

The technical areas covered included Battery Technology: Cathode Materials, Anode Materials, and Electrolytes, Energy Harvesting: Piezoelectric Materials, Biomass, and Solar Cells, Future Fuels: Hydrogen Fuel Cells, Solar, Biomass, and Solar cells, Piezoelectric materials.

The students were highly motivated and presented posters on critical topics regarding sustainable energy solutions. The poster presentation winners received certificates and prizes.
