The AIML students of PES Institute of Technology And Management secured a remarkable research achievement.

The research paper titled “Non-Invasive Estimation of Blood Glucose using Near Infrared Spectroscopy and Machine Learning: A Continuous Health Monitoring Prototype” was presented at an IEEE International Conference held at Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT), Tumkur on 19th & 20th December 2025.

Research Highlights were 1000+ submissions received, Top 200 papers shortlisted for physical presentation, Best Paper Award recipient, and to be published in IEEE Xplore.

The Student Authors (7th Semester – AIML) were Mr.Daya S K, Mr.Pavan Bendre R,  Mr.Dhanush V C, and Mr.Hemanth Raj. The Faculty & Research Mentors were Mr. Sandeep Telkar, Assistant Professor, and Dr. Likewin Thomas, Professor & Head, AI&ML.

This achievement reflects the strong research culture fostered by the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
